DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research and Make Idea List:
Figure out activity ideas. Suggestions:
---- Clowns.
---- Relay races.
---- Face painting.
---- Making/flying kites.
---- Games (Chair as big list!).

2. Phone Calls and Organization:
Call for information on activity prices. If needed, work with an Alaskan volunteer to get supplies for all activities. Get any information sent to you and the Chair to review.

3. Final Decisions:
Working with the Chair, make arrangements and announcements of all activities.
