- Create after dinner program.
- Plan icebreaker activities and games.
- Create budget.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research and Hire Entertainment:
- Dj. **Alaska**

2. Research and Create After Dinner Program:
- Research and design after dinner program.
- Design survey questionnaire.
- Pick Master of Ceremony.
- Working with Graphic Artist, create Event Program.

3. Research and Make Icebreaker Idea List:
Figure out activity ideas (Chair as big list!). Suggestions:
---- Noncompetitive games.
---- Games to introduce, reintroduce, or integrate.

4. Phone Calls and Organization:
If needed, work with an Alaskan volunteer to get supplies for all activities.

5. Final Decisions:
Working with the Chair, make arrangements and announcements for all banquet activities.
